By leveraging innovative technology, we are modernizing an industry that is long overdue for change. We are currently looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position where you will play a key role in architecting the future of our platform and driving meaningful improvements in healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain our internal marketplace console, which includes managing scheduling, payment workflows, automated processes, and comprehensive reporting dashboards.
Lead cross-functional initiatives by collaborating with various teams to solve complex technical challenges and ensure our systems remain resilient, scalable, and stable.
Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and lead by example, while also proactively identifying and addressing technical debt in partnership with our product team.

Requirements

A minimum of 8 years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven ability to deliver robust solutions across various product stacks.
Extensive expertise in Ruby, complemented by at least 3 years of experience working with an additional programming language.
A strong foundation in both frontend and backend engineering, with the flexibility to work across the full stack as needed.
Proficiency in utilizing cloud services and open-source technologies to enhance platform performance and capabilities.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is strongly preferred.
