Who you are
You are a seasoned technical leader with over 15 years of experience in software development, including at least 5 years operating at the staff level. You possess a deep understanding of the TypeScript and Node ecosystem and have a proven track record of leading large, complex projects. Your background includes significant experience with API development, ETL processes, and integrating with ATS platforms or similar large-scale data systems. You are comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders, you value test-driven development, and you bring a collaborative, humble approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in English is required to communicate effectively across our distributed team.
