What you bring

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a central role in shaping our product and keeping us at the cutting edge of LLM technology. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the United States. You will be expected to leverage your senior-level expertise in Engineering, React, TypeScript, Python, NextJS, NestJS, Docker, AWS, and Tailwind to drive our technical vision forward.

• Take ownership of major product features across the entire stack, guiding them from initial design to final launch.
• Actively engage in feedback loops with our users and our internal Customer Success team to refine our tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers and domain experts to architect scalable systems and ensure high performance across our platforms.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses at least five years of industry experience and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field. You should have a proven track record of deploying production code using our core stack, including Python, NextJS, NestJS, Docker, and AWS. Mastery of React and TypeScript is essential, particularly regarding the implementation of modern framework features like streaming and Server Components. Beyond your technical skills, you should be a self-motivated individual who values craftsmanship, pays exceptional attention to detail, and possesses a genuine curiosity about the intersection of AI and finance. Proficiency in English is required to communicate effectively within our collaborative environment.
