About the Role
We are seeking a Staff SDET to join us in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will work within a cross-functional team to design, build, and improve the features that help healthcare providers run their businesses effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality software delivery through a mix of manual and automated testing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks to streamline our testing processes and integrate them into our Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with scrum teams to define test plans, provide QA estimations, and ensure high visibility of testing results throughout each sprint.
- Execute both manual and automated functional, regression, and smoke tests to ensure that every feature meets our quality standards before release.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in software testing and automation. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in SDET or QA automation roles within an agile environment.
- Extensive expertise in automating web-based applications, specifically using Selenium WebDriver and Cypress JS for at least 5 years.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Comprehensive knowledge of QA methodologies, including functional, performance, BDD, and white-box testing.
- Experience with API automation for REST APIs and Web Services.
- Familiarity with version control tools like GitHub and build tools such as Jenkins.
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is considered a significant plus.
Location
This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
