At Polygon Labs, we are dedicated to building scalable, secure, and sustainable blockchain infrastructure for the Web3 ecosystem. Our work focuses on developing Ethereum scaling solutions that have already supported tens of thousands of decentralized applications and billions of transactions. We are currently looking for a Staff Rust Developer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will be at the center of our efforts to move the Plonky2 project into production, tackling novel challenges within the zero-knowledge space.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the necessary code to interact effectively with Plonky2.
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable and secure systems using Rust.
- Provide technical leadership by conducting code reviews and mentoring junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience working with Rust.
- Proven background in developing distributed systems.
- A strong interest in or understanding of zero-knowledge proofs.
- Familiarity with Ethereum internals is highly beneficial.
- A degree in a technical field is preferred, though we value practical experience and problem-solving skills above all else.
