Role at a glance
We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level role based on-site at our headquarters in Downtown Vancouver, BC. You will play a pivotal part in shaping our flagship platform, Visier People, by leading the development of products that bridge the gap between people data and business strategy.
Your impact
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for new capabilities, taking features from initial concept through to launch by collaborating closely with our design, development, and QA teams.
- Define the product strategy and roadmap by analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and usage data to identify high-value commercial opportunities.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to document requirements, manage the product backlog, and ensure our go-to-market and customer experience teams are fully enabled to support new releases.
What you'll need
- Extensive experience in product management, specifically with a proven track record of launching successful SaaS or data analytics products.
- Deep expertise in agile and lean product management principles, paired with a highly analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust while influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- A growth mindset and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with an MBA considered a strong asset.
Perks and compensation
The base pay range for this position in Canada is $88,000 to $132,000 per year. Final compensation is determined based on your unique qualifications, knowledge, and professional experience.
