We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will help shape our product vision and strategy while working closely with our engineering, design, and operations teams to drive significant business growth. Please note that this position is an on-site role based at our headquarters in the mid-Wilshire area of Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for our portfolio, ensuring all initiatives align with our broader business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional efforts by coordinating with marketing, sales, design, and engineering to manage the full product lifecycle and ensure successful launches.
- Utilize market research and direct customer feedback to identify new opportunities, define key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions that improve the overall user experience.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a product management role within a hyper-growth startup environment.
- A strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to work backward from user needs to solve complex problems.
- Proven ability to take ownership of outcomes, define clear north star metrics, and translate ambiguous requirements into actionable, high-impact plans.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional partners on competing priorities.
- Experience with inventory management or marketplace platforms is considered a significant plus.
What we offer
