We are looking for a visionary Staff Product Manager to join our Portfolio Management team and take the lead on growing our Home Energy business. Role at a glance
This is a full-time, senior-level position based on-site in Canada. You will be at the heart of our product organization, working closely with our thermostat and smart building teams to evolve our professional-first solutions.
Your impact
- Take ownership of key product and channel P&Ls within our Home Energy unit to drive profitability and market growth.
- Build robust business cases, conduct financial analysis, and design go-to-market strategies for our latest hardware and service offerings.
- Collaborate with leadership to define quarterly objectives, manage long-range planning, and facilitate business reviews that keep our strategy on track.
What you'll need
- A strong background in product management, strategy, or consulting, specifically with hardware or subscription-based models.
- Proven success in partnering with sales, marketing, finance, and engineering teams to execute a product-led P&L strategy.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and gain buy-in across the organization.
- A self-starting mindset that thrives in ambiguous environments and embraces cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluency in English.
