What is this role?

We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a senior-level position where you will lead efforts to innovate our digital accessibility platform. You will be instrumental in translating complex accessibility challenges into user-friendly solutions while working alongside our leadership, engineering, and design teams to keep us at the forefront of the industry.

What will you do?

• Develop and execute a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with business goals, market opportunities, and the specific needs of our users.
• Use a variety of data sources, including user research, market analysis, and operational metrics, to build a deep understanding of our customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to turn conceptual ideas into tangible product enhancements while managing stakeholder expectations and trade-offs.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in product management, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:

• At least 6 years of experience in product management with a proven track record of launching successful products.
• A highly analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions that impact the business.
• Strong communication skills in English, allowing you to articulate technical concepts and business impacts clearly.
• A passion for digital accessibility, with bonus points for familiarity with WCAG standards or experience in software development.
