Staff Product Manager at Stack AV

At Stack, we are building advanced autonomous systems and artificial intelligence designed to transform the trucking transportation industry. Our team combines decades of experience in robotics, machine learning, and cloud technology to create reliable solutions for demanding real-world environments. We are currently looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will work at the intersection of our engineering, business, and operations departments to guide our strategic direction and ensure we are meeting the unique needs of our customers.

Key outcomes

• Develop and maintain a clear product vision and strategic roadmap for your areas of focus.
• Create and manage detailed product requirements that align with our long-term goals.
• Build strong relationships across the organization to ensure smooth collaboration between engineering, operations, and business teams.
• Work closely with our engineering staff to balance customer requirements with program timelines and available resources.
• Implement a robust feedback loop that utilizes both qualitative insights and quantitative data to refine our products and processes.

Requirements

• A degree in engineering or a quantitative field, paired with a strong technical aptitude.
• At least 8 years of experience in technical product management or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas to senior leadership.
• The ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and switch contexts between major focus areas with ease.
• If you are working remotely, you must be available to travel at least 20 percent of the time.
• Proficiency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience working within the autonomous vehicle or trucking industry is highly valued.
