About the Role
We are searching for a Staff Product Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this senior-level role, you will lead the development and adoption of our CMS products for both mid-market and enterprise clients. You will combine your technical expertise with strong business acumen to drive innovation, using data to guide your decisions as you shape the future of our software offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the adoption of our CMS products by creating a strategic roadmap that incorporates competitive features built on Drupal and the broader Acquia DXP portfolio.
- Partner closely with our engineering and design teams to define clear requirements, manage project dependencies, and ensure the consistent delivery of value.
- Act as a primary point of contact between business and technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across the organization.
Requirements
- Five to nine years of experience in complex product management or a related field.
- A proven track record of successfully defining, launching, and managing enterprise or open-source software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions and solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate product vision to diverse groups of stakeholders.
- A deep commitment to user-centric design and a strong sense of empathy for the end user.
- Experience working within Agile environments and leading cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, and researchers.
