Key outcomes
- Lead the development of core database features from the initial concept through to the final launch, ensuring we maintain high standards and stay aligned with our strategic vision.
- Partner closely with our engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success departments to coordinate product messaging and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to shape our product strategy and uncover new areas for innovation.
- Establish and prioritize product requirements by focusing on specific user personas and current market research.
- Manage project timelines and provide clear updates on our product strategy and deliverables to company leadership.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in product management for technical products, including a minimum of 3 years dedicated to highly technical SaaS or cloud infrastructure.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, such as a BS, MS, or PhD.
- A data-driven mindset with a strong empirical approach to deployments and decision-making.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- A proven track record of succeeding in unstructured or fast-paced environments.
- A genuine passion for database technology or search systems.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Direct experience building cloud software infrastructure.
