We are currently looking for a Staff Product Engineer to join our team in Lisbon to help us build the future of travel.

- Take full ownership of products and services, ensuring that our architecture remains maintainable, scalable, and efficient.

- Utilize our core technology stack, including Elixir, React Native, Expo, React, NextJS, and TypeScript, while identifying opportunities to introduce new tools that provide a competitive advantage.
- Contribute to our engineering culture by staying current with industry trends, experimenting with emerging technologies, and sharing knowledge with the team.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional experience developing and shipping production-grade software.
- Strong proficiency in one or more core languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Elixir, or Ruby.
- Deep experience with frontend frameworks and technologies, specifically React, React Native, and modern web standards.
- A proven track record of building maintainable codebases, with a solid grasp of API design and comprehensive unit and integration testing.
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and a commitment to maintaining high standards in a production environment.
- A generalist mindset with a passion for owning features across the entire stack and a drive for high velocity.
- Confidence in integrating AI-powered tools into your daily workflow to maximize productivity and stay ahead of development trends.
- Fluency in English, which is our primary language for collaboration.
