At Vidyard, we simplify the lives of sellers, marketers, and corporate communicators through our video messaging tools and digital sales room platform. Our products are trusted by thousands of organizations, including Microsoft and LinkedIn, and we are currently seeking a Staff Product Designer to help us refine our user experience and execute a cohesive design strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a strategic UX vision that ensures our various features function as a simple, delightful, and unified experience.
- Deepen user understanding through research and discovery to align design initiatives with broader business goals.
- Elevate the quality of our product by evolving our design system and setting a high standard for usability.
- Communicate design concepts to senior leadership using storytelling to influence and inspire stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration across product teams to ensure a consistent user experience.
- Mentor members of the design team and educate cross-functional partners on the importance of high-quality design.
- Balance long-term strategic vision with the practical, short-term execution of features.
Must-haves
- At least 8 years of experience as a Product Designer within a software environment.
- Strong expertise in research and testing methods to build customer empathy and validate ideas.
- Proven ability to manage the end-to-end design process, from conceptual design to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Experience working in squads alongside Product Managers and Software Developers.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing, Sales, BizOps, and Customer Experience teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in English.

- Previous experience working in a Product-led Growth (PLG) company.
