- Lead sustaining engineering efforts, including performing root cause analysis on field reports and using those insights to harden our existing systems while defining requirements for next-generation platforms.
- Collaborate across disciplines to perform analytical modeling, rapid prototyping, and mechanical design reviews to ensure our products are ready for manufacturing.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 years of industry experience and a proven track record of designing and architecting complex mechanical and electromechanical systems. You must be comfortable working in English and possess the following skills and qualities:
- Expertise in 3D CAD and version control, specifically using Onshape.
- Extensive knowledge of detailed part design, including sheet metal design, injection molding, and high-precision machining.
- A strong grasp of ASME Y14.5 and GD&T standards.
- Experience managing cross-functional development partners throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to manufacturing release.
- The ability to distill complex technical information into clear, actionable messages for your teammates.
What's in it for you?
We offer a supportive environment and a comprehensive package to help you grow your career and your future. Our benefits include:
- Equity compensation to build future wealth through stock options.
