Role at a glance
We are seeking a Staff iOS Engineer to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. This is an executive-level role open to candidates located anywhere, provided you are fluent in English. You will be instrumental in designing the core technology that powers our global fleet of connected vehicles.
Your impact
- Architect and build highly scalable foundational platforms while spearheading new product initiatives and revamping core application experiences.
- Serve as a primary decision-maker for technical and architectural choices, providing clear reasoning and strategic direction for our engineering roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across product, design, data science, and operations while mentoring other engineers to identify and develop the next generation of leaders.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong foundation in mobile development and a drive to solve complex technical challenges. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of professional software development experience with a proven track record of delivering impactful systems.
- Deep expertise in iOS development and experience with mobile testing frameworks and services.
- A dynamic, hands-on leadership style that allows you to multitask effectively across various functions.
- Bonus points if you have experience with Android development.
Perks and compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is 113,000 USD to 155,000 USD. In addition to your base salary, we support our team with the following benefits:
