We are hiring a Staff Growth Product Manager to lead company-wide product-led growth initiatives on a full-time, remote basis open to candidates anywhere in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Own the full activation funnel from first signup through repeat engagement, designing friction-free experiences that drive measurable lifts in patient activation and retention.
- Plan and execute high-tempo A/B and multivariate tests, instrument funnel analytics, and translate results into clear recommendations that shape our product roadmap and resource allocation.
- Partner with Expansion, New Services, Design, and Engineering teams to validate and productize new offerings, define launch success metrics, and iterate until each service delivers clear clinical and economic value at scale.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with at least six years of experience in product growth, product management, or lifecycle marketing for consumer-facing digital products. You should have a demonstrated record of owning activation and retention metrics at scale and delivering double-digit percentage improvements. Hands-on expertise with product analytics platforms, experimentation frameworks, and SQL is essential, along with the ability to build dashboards and financial models that turn user insights into product decisions that improve lifetime value. Strong project-management and stakeholder-influencing skills are required, as is a genuine commitment to equitable, patient-centered healthcare. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills-able to move fluidly between high-level vision and detailed technical requirements-are also necessary. Experience launching new business lines in high-growth environments, familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks such as PHIPA, HIPAA, and PIPEDA, and prior work in regulated industries are considered strong assets.
What we offer
The base salary range for this position is $140,000–$160,000 CAD per year. In addition, eligible team members receive stock options through our Equity Incentive Plan.
