Responsibilities

Lead the development of our in-house design system by building flexible, composable components.
Consult on bespoke design work and help other engineers refine information hierarchy and interface scannability.
Own projects from end to end, including user research, product specifications, and UX design.
Collaborate with our engineering team to enhance developer tooling and maintain high-quality code standards.
Contribute to our product roadmap by translating customer feedback into intuitive, powerful features.

Must-haves

At least 5 years of full-time experience as a Frontend Engineer, or a background evenly split between frontend development and design.
Significant experience leading or making major contributions to design systems.
Deep technical expertise in React, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
A strong ability to communicate design decisions and collaborate effectively across teams.
Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

Experience working with GraphQL, Node.js, Postgres, and Redis.
