About the Role
We are looking for a Staff DevOps Engineer to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a senior-level role where you will play a vital part in designing our infrastructure, managing deployment processes, and ensuring the reliability of our systems. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating closely with our application teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain robust Infrastructure as Code automation to streamline our deployment processes.
- Lead technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring our infrastructure is highly available and efficient.
- Improve system reliability and security through proactive monitoring, metric collection, and the implementation of rigorous operational controls.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 5 to 7+ years of professional experience in DevOps.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Packer.
- Strong proficiency with Linux OS and various scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Go, or Ruby.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms, containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker, and database operations.
- A solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and operational security tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership over your work.
Location
This position is based in Poland.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this role is PLN 202,300 to PLN 261,800. We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth, including:
