What you bring

- Mentoring and training fellow engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical strategies.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong blend of technical expertise and leadership capabilities. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a Master's degree being a plus. We require at least six years of experience working with Big Data systems at scale. You must be proficient in SQL and Python, with deep knowledge of cloud platforms, data warehousing, and modern data engineering stacks. Beyond your technical skills, you should be an effective communicator who can explain complex concepts to diverse audiences. We value individuals who demonstrate curiosity, empathy, and a proven track record of driving projects from conception to completion within a retail or e-commerce environment.
What we offer
We provide a rewarding career path within a rapidly growing company, offering an annual salary range of $160,000 to $185,000. In addition to competitive pay, you will have access to a variety of perks designed to support your well-being and professional growth:
- 401k retirement plan with company match.
- Hybrid work flexibility.
- Paid maternity, paternity, and adoption leave.
- Generous employee discounts and complimentary snacks from our product line.
