Key outcomes
- Lead the development of critical application features that help our customers configure and visualize their sales compensation plans.
- Set a high standard for code quality and thoughtful software design across the engineering team.
- Tackle complex challenges involving large data volumes, intricate business logic, and sophisticated user experience requirements.
- Collaborate closely with your team to influence product direction through customer empathy and technical expertise.
- Work across the full stack or focus on your area of greatest strength to solve our most demanding technical problems.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with bonus consideration for TypeScript expertise.
- Solid background in Python development, ideally with experience in Django or a similar server-side framework.
- A respectful approach to collaboration, characterized by high candor when working with peers and critiquing product designs.
- A strong sense of customer empathy and a genuine interest in shaping product strategy.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working with React for frontend development.
- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and modern deployment pipelines.
