Role at a glance
We are seeking a Staff Analytics Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position open to candidates located anywhere in the United States, specifically within our eligible hiring states. You will play a critical role in shaping our data strategy and building the products that help us measure and improve our crisis intervention efforts worldwide.
Your impact
- Define and architect performant, scalable data models within our warehouse to support complex analytical needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to transform raw data into compelling stories that illustrate how we are scaling mental health support.
- Partner with our Platform and Data Engineering teams to build robust, scalable integrations that feed our data lake and drive actionable insights.
What you'll need
- At least 4 years of experience querying and modeling data using SQL.
- At least 2 years of professional experience using Python for data analysis and data science tasks, including proficiency with libraries like pandas, numpy, and matplotlib.
- At least 2 years of experience building data models specifically for dashboarding tools such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI.
- Strong familiarity with distributed computing systems like Spark and orchestration tools like Airflow or Databricks Workflows.
- Proficiency with version control systems like Git and a solid understanding of CI/CD practices.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to influence strategy and align stakeholders around data-driven trends.
- A stable, high-speed internet connection to ensure seamless collaboration in our remote environment.
Perks and compensation
