The role

We are looking for a Senior Webflow Developer to join our team as a full-time contractor. This is a remote position that requires you to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours. You will be the primary expert for our Webflow initiatives, helping us integrate this platform into our service offerings alongside our traditional expertise in Headless CMS solutions. We need someone with at least four years of experience who is ready to own the development process and bring highly interactive, creative digital experiences to life.

Core responsibilities

• Lead and manage Webflow development projects from start to finish, ensuring every build meets our high standards for quality and performance.
• Translate complex designs from Figma and Sketch into pixel-perfect, highly animated, and interactive websites.
• Serve as the internal authority on Webflow, establishing best practices and guiding the team on the platform's capabilities and limitations.

Skills and experience

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with Webflow.
• A total of 7 years of professional work experience in web development.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to ensure seamless collaboration with our team and clients.
• A creative mindset with a deep interest in interactivity and animation.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently while maintaining clear communication.

Compensation and benefits
