Sr. Webflow Developer at Webstacks

Position Overview

Webstacks is seeking a seasoned Sr. Webflow Developer based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to lead and elevate our Webflow development efforts. As we expand into Webflow for faster, less complex website builds, we need someone with a passion for creativity, interactivity, and top-notch animations. This role will give you the opportunity to own the Webflow process, working alongside our design and development teams to bring innovative, highly interactive websites to life. You will play a critical role in positioning Webflow as a core offering within our agency, which has traditionally specialized in Headless CMS platforms. Fluency in English and the ability to work PST hours are essential for this role.

The Day to Day

• Lead Webflow development projects and own the process from start to finish, ensuring the highest quality of work.
• Build, design, and implement highly interactive and animated websites that push the boundaries of creativity.
• Collaborate with our design team to convert Figma/Sketch mockups into pixel-perfect websites.
• Work with Webflow to create quick, less complex websites while maintaining a high level of quality and performance.
• Act as the go-to Webflow expert within the agency, helping establish best practices and ensuring all Webflow projects are executed efficiently.
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams and clients to ensure project timelines and expectations are met.
• Stay up to date on Webflow capabilities and the latest web development trends to continually improve processes and results.

Required Skills

• Must be proficient in spoken and written English
• Must be able to participate in company related events
• Must be able to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) 
• 5+ years of experience in Webflow
• 7+ years of work experience
