Role at a glance

We are seeking a Sr. VP of Sales for Due Diligence Services to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for flexibility between office and remote work. You will be based in the United States and will report directly to our President.

Your impact

• Drive business growth by leveraging your existing professional network to penetrate new accounts and secure partnerships for our due diligence and mortgage services.
• Take full ownership of the sales, marketing, and business development lifecycle, from identifying prospective clients to closing deals and overseeing project implementation.
• Mentor and manage a team of telemarketing executives while ensuring all lead tracking and client interactions are accurately maintained in our CRM.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you must be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in the mortgage industry. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• An MBA degree is mandatory for this position.
• At least 5 years of dedicated sales and business development experience specifically within the mortgage due diligence space.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, paired with a tenacious, resilient, and self-motivated personality.
• The ability to handle high-pressure environments while maintaining a professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude.
• Fluency in English.
