The opportunity

We are looking for a Sr. Systems Analyst to join our remote team and take ownership of the technological frameworks that keep our operations running smoothly. This is a vital role for someone who loves to solve complex problems and wants to be at the forefront of financial technology. You will be responsible for scaling our internal systems, ensuring they are efficient, and acting as the technical backbone that allows our company to move fast and deliver for our customers.

A day in the life

• You will maintain and enhance our internal systems, proactively applying updates to boost performance and operational efficiency.
• You will spend time writing and maintaining scripts using Python, BASH, or PowerShell to automate workflows and reduce manual tasks.
• You will bridge the gap between our various platforms by managing API integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange across our entire technical ecosystem.

Who you are

You are a technical expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude. You are comfortable working in a start-up atmosphere where your contributions have a direct, visible impact on the business.

Our ideal candidate brings the following to the table:

• At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis or a related technical field.
• Deep proficiency in Python, BASH, and PowerShell, along with a strong grasp of SQL and database management.
• Hands-on experience with API integration and working within cloud platforms.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar technical discipline.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to manage priorities effectively while maintaining high standards of integrity.
