Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role that requires you to be based in the United States, with a requirement to visit our San Francisco office 2 to 4 days per month. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our IT infrastructure and ensuring our internal ecosystem supports our ambitious goals.
Your impact
- Manage and optimize our core IT infrastructure, including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian Jira/Confluence.
- Provide high-quality technical support for our staff, covering everything from hardware provisioning and asset management to complex troubleshooting.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of new technology systems while developing clear security policies and documentation to keep our team running efficiently.
What you'll need
- At least 4 years of experience working as a systems or network administrator within a fast-paced tech or startup environment.
- Deep proficiency in systems architecture and the ability to manage core IT tools independently.
- A strong customer service mindset combined with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to document complex workflows clearly.
- Fluency in English and a proactive, independent approach to getting things done.
- Comfort with our hybrid model, including the ability to travel to our San Francisco headquarters as needed.
