Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead our customer acquisition team. This is a full-time, remote position that requires senior-level experience. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how we attract and support our users, working from anywhere you choose.

Your impact

• Take full ownership of our acquisition domain, including the management and optimization of our extensive WordPress site.
• Mentor and coach a team of skilled engineers, fostering a culture of high-quality, observable code and operational excellence.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing teams to drive the roadmap and deliver impactful features in an agile, data-driven environment.

What you'll need

• At least five years of software development experience, with a minimum of two years spent leading high-performance technology teams.
• Deep expertise in WordPress development and a strong grasp of performance best practices.
• A proven track record of delivering data-driven products using experimentation tools like LaunchDarkly.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing other people leaders and a passion for coaching talent.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical decisions and collaborate effectively across functions.
