What you bring

As a Senior Software Engineer on our MarTech team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and integrating the marketing technology stacks that support our Patient, Provider, and Partner initiatives. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates located anywhere in the United States, excluding Hawaii. You will collaborate with a cross-functional group of engineers, marketers, and data experts to build scalable systems that influence how we launch and measure our campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Architecting and maintaining complex, distributed systems to support our marketing automation and customer data platforms.
• Leading high-priority technical projects from initial concept through to final delivery while balancing stakeholder needs.
• Fostering an AI-forward engineering culture by mentoring peers, conducting thorough code reviews, and utilizing modern development tools to improve velocity.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least five years of professional experience in software development and a proven history of scaling web applications. You should possess deep expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js, alongside a strong grasp of both functional and object-oriented programming. We value individuals who are proficient with AI-assisted development tools and have a demonstrated ability to build secure, maintainable infrastructure. While not mandatory, we highly value experience with Kafka, AWS or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL, as well as hands-on experience integrating CDPs or marketing automation platforms. We are looking for someone who communicates effectively in English and thrives in a fast-paced environment where high ownership and technical excellence are the standards.
