We are a mission-driven team dedicated to innovation and customer success, and we are looking for a Sr. Revenue Enablement Manager to join our team in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Build and run a comprehensive revenue enablement program that drives operational efficiency for our sales and account management teams.
- Work alongside sales leadership to identify performance gaps and implement playbooks that improve conversion rates throughout the sales cycle.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs, including role-playing, objection handling, and product-focused workshops.
- Track the effectiveness of your initiatives using data, metrics, and feedback to continuously refine our strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure our revenue-generating staff is fully equipped with the latest collateral and product updates.
- Manage and curate our central content repository to ensure all teams have easy access to the resources they need.
- Provide direct coaching and performance feedback to sellers to help boost their overall productivity.
Must-haves
- At least 8 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in an enablement role.
- Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to measure program impact and inform decision-making.
- Strong experience managing sales tooling ecosystems, such as Salesforce, Gong, and Guru.
- Expertise in creating scalable learning content and delivering both in-person and on-demand training.
- Deep understanding of sales methodologies like MEDDIC or RAIN.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create high-quality collateral, including presentations and case studies.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously as an individual contributor.
- Fluency in English.
Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $140,000, plus an annual corporate bonus of 10% based on performance.
