Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Product Merchandising Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position that is open to candidates anywhere. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product journey, working closely with our executive leadership to drive our global strategy forward.
Your impact
- Develop and execute an elevated assortment strategy that positions us as a leader among the world’s top jewelry brands.
- Use trend analysis and competitor insights to deliver accurate product launch forecasts that align with consumer demand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage website and in-store merchandising, ensuring our presentation is always cohesive and goal-oriented.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of experience specifically within the fine jewelry industry, with a focus on diamond merchandise.
- A deep commercial understanding of both retail and E-commerce environments.
- Strong data-driven analytical skills and the confidence to present high-level strategies to executive leadership.
- Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Fluency in English.
