Since our launch in 2019, we have seen tremendous growth, and we are looking for a talented Sr. Product Manager to join our remote team and help us scale even faster as we continue to innovate in this space.
What you'll be doing
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and marketers to execute a high-level company strategy and achieve your specific north-star metric.
- Manage the product development process by maintaining a rolling roadmap that prioritizes projects with the highest potential impact on our business model.
- Communicate your team's progress, insights, and future plans through regular written updates to our executive leadership.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in building and scaling products. We are looking for the following skills and experience:
- At least 4 years of professional experience working on core, supply, or demand teams within a marketplace product.
- A data-informed mindset with the ability to design experiments, interpret A/B tests, and utilize SQL to track funnel performance.
- Exceptional strategic communication skills, allowing you to influence cross-functional partners and clearly articulate your vision.
- A deep commitment to product management excellence, balancing the ability to think big about new features with the tactical need to optimize existing user flows.
- Fluency in English.
