Sr. Product Manager at MixMode

At MixMode we deliver generative AI cybersecurity solutions that protect the most critical networks of large enterprises, financial institutions, government agencies, and critical infrastructure operators. Our patented, self-supervised platform detects both known and unknown threats in real time across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments, giving security teams autonomous insight without rules, training, or manual tuning.

The role

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own key parts of our AI-driven threat detection platform. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates anywhere in the United States. You will bring at least six years of enterprise product-management experience and will guide the direction of analytics, threat detection, and remediation workflows that serve security operations centers worldwide.

Core responsibilities

• Collect and synthesize customer feedback, competitive intelligence, industry research, and input from Sales and Marketing to shape the product roadmap and define near-term and long-term feature requirements for engineering.
• Partner closely with engineering by writing user stories, clarifying personas, and providing ongoing design feedback so delivered features meet real-world security needs.
• Own product timelines and roadmaps, tracking critical-path items, dependencies, and the impact of unplanned work while keeping cross-functional stakeholders aligned.

Skills and experience

You hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or another STEM discipline; an MBA is a plus. You have six to eight or more years of product-management experience building enterprise software, ideally in cybersecurity, and at least two years of hands-on software-development experience. Familiarity with SIEM or data-lake platforms, the full software-development lifecycle, and Agile methodologies is important. Strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans are essential. You thrive in a collaborative setting yet can drive initiatives independently, and you bring a customer-first mindset to every decision.

Compensation and benefits
