Sr. Product Manager, Internal Systems at Lucid Software

The role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is focused on elevating our internal systems, specifically regarding our billing infrastructure and internal tool administration. You will act as a bridge between our IT, Engineering, Sales, and Finance departments to ensure our systems are robust, efficient, and scalable. This position offers a hybrid work model, giving you the flexibility to work from home, from one of our offices, or a mix of both.

Core responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal business partners and external vendors to deliver high-value solutions within our billing and payments ecosystem.
• Prioritize and plan initiatives across multiple projects while maintaining clear communication with all relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough qualitative and quantitative research to validate new feature ideas before moving them into the development phase.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in product management.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing integrations between ERP, CRM, and billing or payment systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Strong technical proficiency, including experience working with engineering teams to implement API integrations.
• A deep understanding of SaaS and product-led growth business models.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• A proven track record of managing business systems at scale and improving core SaaS metrics.

Preferred qualifications include experience with subscription billing, international payment processing, IT SOX compliance, and tools such as Recurly or Avalara. A CSPO certification is also a plus.
