The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our health plans strategy and execution. This is a highly visible role where you will own product planning and launches, ensuring our strategy aligns with our broader business goals. You will serve as a central bridge between our product, design, engineering, and operations teams. By synthesizing input from across the organization, you will help us scale our platform and deliver exceptional value to our users. This position offers flexibility, as you can work from our Burlingame headquarters, in a hybrid capacity, or fully remote from anywhere within the United States.

A day in the life

• You will own the product roadmap by gathering insights, evaluating new opportunities, and prioritizing features that directly support our core business objectives.
• You will guide the product development process by writing clear documentation, managing engineering tickets, and coordinating successful releases with our design and engineering partners.
• You will collaborate closely with our Go-to-Market and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition from development to launch, while gathering feedback to continuously refine our strategy.

Who you are

You are a strategic problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. You have a strong background in product management and a deep understanding of agile methodologies and the software development life cycle. We are looking for someone who brings the following:

• At least 5 years of experience in product management or a related software development role.
• Strong quantitative analytical skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations.
• A proactive, execution-oriented mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Experience with health plan integrations, revenue cycle management, or management consulting is a significant plus.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
