Sr. Product Manager, Activation + Billing at Steer

What you bring

As a Senior Product Manager for our Activation and Billing squad, you will work in a full-time, remote capacity from anywhere. You will report directly to our Head of Product to guide the vision and execution of our reporting and customer filtering tools. Your core responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining a clear product roadmap that guides our development journey from initial concept to final launch.
• Leading cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and marketers to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.
• Conducting deep market research and engaging directly with our customers to identify trends and translate their needs into new, revenue-driving features.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who combines technical proficiency with a deep sense of empathy for the user. You should hold an undergraduate degree in a field like Computer Science, Business, or Marketing, or possess equivalent professional experience. We require at least five years of experience in product management within the SaaS or Enterprise software space, specifically in taking products from ideation to launch. You must have intermediate SQL skills, a strong grasp of UI optimization, and the ability to use data to drive your decision-making. Excellent storytelling and communication skills are vital, as you will be bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. While not required, experience with Tableau or PowerBI, as well as a background in the automotive industry, will certainly help you stand out.
