What is this role?

We are looking for a Sr. Manager of Product Design to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is an executive-level position where you will lead our product design efforts for our spatial data platform. You will be responsible for guiding the design strategy, mentoring our talented design team, and collaborating with cross-functional partners and executives to drive our vision and product goals forward.

What will you do?

• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of product designers while fostering an inclusive and thriving design culture.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketers to shape both short-term and long-term product roadmaps.
• Oversee multiple design projects and programs to ensure the team remains effective, aligned, and focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
