What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Product Design to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. You will lead a talented team of designers, guiding the vision and strategy for our spatial data platform while ensuring our products deliver a remarkable experience for our customers. Your work will be central to how we evolve our offerings across various platforms and markets.

• Manage and mentor a diverse group of product designers to foster career growth and a thriving team culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including product managers, engineers, and executives, to define and execute our product roadmap.
• Oversee multiple design programs to ensure high-quality output and operational success across the customer journey.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience managing product design teams. We value leaders who are inclusive, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment where attention to detail is paramount. Proficiency in modern design, research, and prototyping tools is essential, as is a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to execute complex product work. We are looking for someone who is not only a skilled practitioner but also an inspirational leader capable of building alignment across the organization.

What we offer

We provide a competitive compensation package for this position, with a base salary range of $127,000 to $264,000. In addition to your salary, we support your financial future and well-being through a variety of programs.
