Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity within the United States. This is a senior-level position where you will lead our lifecycle efforts to drive engagement and retention for our customers.
Your impact
- Lead and mentor our Lifecycle Marketing team while developing a long-term vision to grow our active customer base.
- Define and oversee the end-to-end customer journey, identifying key opportunities to enhance touchpoints, boost engagement, and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Growth Product, Data Analytics, and Creative to build personalized, data-driven campaigns that resonate with our users.
What you'll need
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in lifecycle marketing and retention strategy.
- A deep proficiency in data analysis, customer segmentation, and A/B testing to drive performance metrics like LTV and conversion rates.
- Hands-on experience with lifecycle marketing platforms, specifically Braze.
- A strategic mindset with a history of developing profitable marketing programs and exceeding revenue targets.
- Fluency in English and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
