We are Oma Robotics, and our mission is to expand access to single-cell surgeries through AI and robotics. Our first focus is fertility: Oma Fertility is building the first national brand of clinics that combine advanced technology with compassionate care to raise IVF success rates while lowering costs. We are looking for a Senior Manager of Growth Marketing to lead our performance efforts and help more patients reach the care they need.
Responsibilities
- Lead media planning and partner with Brand, Product, Technology, and Customer Success teams as well as external agencies to run and optimize Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, and Lifecycle Marketing programs that meet growth targets.
- Define clear goals, build investment strategies, and translate business objectives into channel tactics that span brand building, lead generation, education, and referrals.
- Analyze performance data in real time, uncover insights, and quickly adjust campaigns while presenting concise KPI updates to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Five or more years of hands-on experience running direct-response and ROI-focused programs, including SEM strategy with smart bidding, performance marketing, customer acquisition, A/B testing, creative testing, and landing-page optimization.
- Proven success in growth marketing or paid acquisition, ideally within healthcare or a high-growth direct-response startup.
- Strong analytical skills and technical fluency with Google Analytics and Salesforce, plus the ability to research and implement new tactics that deliver measurable returns.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project-management abilities, along with a creative eye for brand-building mechanics.
