What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Manager to oversee capital project startups on a full-time basis. This role is based in Massillon, Ohio, and operates on a hybrid schedule. You will be responsible for leading the commissioning, qualification, and verification activities for our capital projects while collaborating with engineering leadership to meet our operational goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing comprehensive project plans that account for scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Identifying potential project risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and sharing best practices across the organization to enhance project efficiency.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role possesses a strong background in engineering or project management, with at least eight years of experience in capital project startups and the CQV process. You should have a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or business administration, though an advanced degree is preferred. We value candidates who demonstrate leadership, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills. You must be comfortable analyzing data to make informed decisions and possess excellent communication abilities in English. A PMP or similar certification is highly regarded, and you should be prepared for travel as project needs arise.
