Are you ready to use your technical expertise to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable seniors? At myPlace Health, we are dedicated to transforming the way older adults experience care. Founded in 2021, we operate under the PACE model to provide comprehensive, value-based care that allows seniors to thrive in their own homes and communities. We are currently looking for a passionate professional to join our fast-growing team as we scale our mission to serve more markets and address some of the most critical healthcare challenges in the country.
What you bring
As a Senior I.T. Network & Application Support specialist, you will play a pivotal role in building our technology infrastructure from the ground up. This is a full-time position based in Los Angeles, California, with the expectation that you will report to our local sites as needed. You will be responsible for defining our technological roadmap and ensuring our systems are robust, secure, and efficient. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Leading the implementation of onsite network infrastructure and serving as the primary liaison for our technology partners and vendors.
- Defining the vision and requirements for our identity management program while aligning it with our broader business objectives.
- Overseeing the daily operations of our support staff, including specialists focused on Cisco Meraki and Microsoft Azure.
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate who thrives in a high-growth, startup environment and possesses a deep commitment to serving high-risk seniors. You should have extensive experience evaluating and implementing a best-in-class technology stack, ideally within a healthcare setting. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Intune, O365, SharePoint, and Cisco Meraki is essential. Candidates must hold a current CCNA certification or higher. Furthermore, you should have a solid working knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure, including Active Directory, Exchange, and SSO. We value individuals who are quick learners, proactive problem solvers, and effective communicators who can navigate complex technical risks with ease.
What we offer
We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where every team member feels a sense of belonging. While we focus on providing high-quality care to our participants, we also prioritize the health and safety of our staff. As part of our commitment to a safe care environment, we have a vaccination policy in place for all employees, with provisions for medical and religious exemptions. We offer a dynamic, mission-driven work environment where your contributions directly impact the lives of frail older adults.
How to Apply
If you are excited about the prospect of building technology that supports our mission, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your resume or CV along with a brief message explaining your interest in this role. We look forward to learning more about your experience and how you can contribute to the growth of myPlace Health.
