The opportunity

As a Sr. Engagement Manager, you will serve as the primary bridge between our customers and our subject matter experts throughout the entire customer journey. You will work directly with forward-thinking clients to deliver exceptional IT management solutions that meet their unique business drivers. This role is about building long-standing partnerships with both leadership and technical experts, ensuring that critical milestones are met and that our value proposition is clearly communicated and realized.

A day in the life

• You will manage the full lifecycle of assigned accounts, which includes presenting product roadmaps, leading executive briefings, conducting quarterly business reviews, and navigating cross-functional teams to resolve escalations.
• You will create and execute detailed project plans, identifying the necessary resources and activities to ensure every engagement is completed successfully while keeping internal and external stakeholders updated on progress.
• You will act as a mentor to other team members, sharing your expertise on processes and guiding them through complex internal or external situations to help them achieve the best possible outcomes for our customers.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a strong background in enterprise-class infrastructure software and a proven record of successful project management. You possess a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and application best practices, and you are comfortable communicating with senior-level executives. Your qualifications include:

• Over 10 years of management-related experience and a decade of successful project management.
• At least 5 years of experience working with enterprise-class infrastructure software.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, and Visio.
• A PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English.
