The opportunity

As our Sr. Director of Product Journey, you will serve as a key leader working directly with our Skipper. This executive role is designed to oversee our entire product team, acting as the driving force behind our strategy for planning, controlling, and delivering goods. You will be the architect of our product experience, ensuring that every stage of the customer lifecycle is cohesive, innovative, and aligned with our commitment to sustainability and excellence.

A day in the life

• You will define and implement a comprehensive product roadmap, collaborating with our design leadership to prioritize features that resonate with our customers while meeting our business objectives.
• You will lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and professional growth while ensuring all internal and external standard operating procedures are executed efficiently.
• You will facilitate cross-functional alignment by working closely with our Design, Marketing, Sales, and Logistics departments to ensure that every product brief and development milestone stays on target.

Who you are

You are a strategic thinker with over 10 years of experience in product development and management. You possess a deep understanding of complex soft and hard goods design, and you are comfortable navigating international manufacturing processes. You are an expert in strategic planning and project management, with proficiency in the Adobe Suite or similar design tools. You communicate with clarity and purpose, whether you are in a casual conversation or a boardroom presentation. Because we prioritize the safety and experience of families, you are comfortable with a background check and are ready to travel internationally about 10 to 20 percent of the time. You are authorized to work in the U.S. and are based in, or willing to relocate to, the Salt Lake City, Utah area.
