The role

We are seeking a Senior Director of Engineering to join us on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is an executive-level position that carries broad responsibility for our engineering vision, strategy, and execution across all of our products. As we continue to establish ourselves as the primary video currency for television insights, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical roadmap and leading our talented engineering organization.

Core responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technical teams to deliver mission-critical solutions that satisfy the demanding needs of our video currency stakeholders and business partners.
• Collaborate with Product and Commercial leadership to define our technical strategy and represent those considerations at the highest levels of the organization.
• Foster a culture of transparency and iterative improvement, ensuring our product quality and scale meet the high standards required by our customers.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should bring extensive experience in technical leadership and software development. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• At least 15 years of experience in software development, with a focus on building large-scale SaaS or PaaS solutions using public or private cloud infrastructure.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience leading enterprise-scale engineering teams.
• Over 5 years of experience managing large, cross-cultural, and geo-distributed teams, ideally with a headcount of 50 or more.
• A deep understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices, combined with a hands-on approach to driving organizational change.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both internal stakeholders and external customers.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a target cash compensation range of $190,000.00 to $240,000.00 USD annually. Beyond base salary, we provide a comprehensive rewards package designed to support your well-being and long-term success:
