What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Director to lead our efforts regarding Adobe Real-Time CDP. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the United States. In this high-visibility role, you will lead business development and initial delivery efforts while acting as a primary subject matter expert. You will be responsible for building strategic relationships with teams at Adobe to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth, while also serving as a product evangelist both internally and externally.
What will you do?
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for Adobe Real-Time CDP and support sales opportunities through business discovery, solution demonstrations, and pricing development.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create campaigns and assets that support the objectives of the Adobe partner program.
- Develop a long-term innovation roadmap for our services while identifying creative solutions that provide significant value to our clients and the broader Adobe community.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP and a deep understanding of the Adobe Experience Platform. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in business development or sales engineering who can navigate complex organizations and build relationships with C-suite executives. You should be comfortable translating high-level strategy into operational roadmaps and possess strong presentation skills. Familiarity with other CDP platforms such as Segment, Tealium, or mParticle is highly desired. You must be fluent in English and ready to demonstrate a consistent history of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
