With over 35,000 private placements completed across more than 400 companies, we are dedicated to delivering private markets for the public. We are currently seeking a diligent and collaborative Senior DevSecOps Engineer to help us build and refine the infrastructure and security systems that power our pre-IPO investment platform.
About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our infrastructure and security posture, working closely with our engineering and product teams to design solutions that support our growing platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deploy applications using AWS and Kubernetes while maintaining our CI/CD pipelines and monitoring infrastructure.
- Implement robust security measures, including encryption, access controls, and firewalls, while leading the response to security incidents.
- Collaborate with engineers to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle and assist in performance tuning through metric analysis.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience deploying applications to cloud environments like AWS or Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Golang and Python, along with hands-on experience using Terraform for infrastructure-as-code.
- Strong familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience maintaining CI/CD workflows with tools like CircleCI or Jenkins.
- A deep understanding of security protocols and authentication, paired with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

This role is based in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $170,000 - $190,000. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
