What you bring
As a Senior Data Analyst, Providers, you will work in a full-time, remote capacity to shape our provider analytics strategy. Requirements
We are looking for a Senior professional who thrives in ambiguous environments and possesses a deep curiosity for solving complex problems. You should have at least four years of experience in data science or analytics, ideally within a technology-focused healthcare setting. Proficiency in SQL is essential, as is experience with data visualization tools like Tableau. You must have a strong grasp of healthcare data privacy regulations, such as HIPAA, and a proven ability to translate clinical workflows into actionable data frameworks. We value candidates who are comfortable using AI tools to enhance their daily efficiency and who are eager to experiment with new technologies. A background in clinical quality metrics and patient outcome measurement is highly preferred.
