The opportunity

As a Senior Clinical Software Engineer you will shape the next generation of radiation oncology software that streamlines treatment planning for clinics around the globe. Working fully remote within a collaborative engineering team, you will translate clinical needs into reliable, high-performance .NET applications that directly improve patient outcomes and help reduce the global burden of cancer.

A day in the life

• Design, code, and test new features in our C# and .NET Framework applications, ensuring every release meets the rigorous standards of clinical environments.
• Collaborate with product managers, clinicians, and fellow engineers in Agile ceremonies to refine requirements, review architecture, and deliver incremental improvements that enhance workflow efficiency.
• Integrate and validate medical data standards such as FHIR and HL7, and contribute to 3D visualization components that help clinicians plan precise radiation treatments.

Who you are

You bring at least five years of professional software development experience along with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. You are fluent in C# and the .NET Framework, comfortable building Windows desktop applications with WPF, and experienced in Agile development practices. You have worked on large, complex systems and ideally have background in medical device software, radiotherapy planning, CAD environments, or 3D modeling and visualization. Familiarity with healthcare data exchange standards such as FHIR and HL7 is highly valued, as is an understanding of HIPAA considerations in software implementations. Strong written and verbal communication in English enables you to work seamlessly with colleagues across time zones.
