The role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a senior-level position designed for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in ambiguous environments. You will partner closely with our GTM Operations leadership to drive cross-functional projects, identify operational efficiencies, and guide our strategic direction using data-backed insights.

Core responsibilities

• Analyze internal and external data, such as product strategy and pipeline metrics, to provide actionable insights that inform high-level business decisions.
• Develop and maintain robust dashboards, reports, and analytical prototypes that empower our GTM organization to scale effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Engineering, Sales, and Client Success, to solve complex problems and improve operational processes through automation.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in analytical fields and a proven ability to translate complex data into a compelling narrative. We require the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field like Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in Business Analytics, Sales Operations, or Strategy consulting, or 6 years with an advanced degree.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with SQL, including the ability to create and update complex queries.
• Demonstrated expertise in data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• A track record of initiating and driving projects to completion while communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and experience working with Big Data environments.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects our commitment to transparency and equity. The base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $190,000, depending on your geographic zone and individual experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive:
