At myPlace Health, we are dedicated to transforming the way vulnerable older adults and frail seniors experience care. Founded in 2021 by mission-driven healthcare leaders, we utilize the PACE model to provide comprehensive, value-based care that allows our participants to live independently in their own homes. As we scale our operations to reach more markets, we are seeking a Senior Architect and Software Engineering Lead to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to build our end-to-end technology infrastructure from the ground up and play a pivotal role in solving critical challenges within the healthcare sector.
Key outcomes
- Design and manage a robust Azure-based data platform and Microsoft Fabric to ensure high performance, security, and data integrity.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of large-scale enterprise applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Develop and execute integration strategies that connect internal and external applications to foster seamless connectivity.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to align technical solutions with our organizational goals.
- Evaluate and recommend optimal frameworks and tools to enhance our application architecture.
- Ensure all technical designs comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security best practices.
- Proactively manage system performance, scalability, and availability to support our growing organization.
- Define the roadmap and strategy for server architecture, database frameworks, and overall development initiatives.
- Create comprehensive documentation for architectural decisions to facilitate team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience implementing and managing enterprise-level CRM and ERP solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules and relevant architect-level certifications.
- Deep understanding of data architecture patterns, including data warehouses, data marts, microservices, and knowledge graphs.
- Proficiency in the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD principles, release management, and data migration.
- Experience working with cloud storage services such as Azure SQL and Blob storage.
- Proven ability to work with vendor partners and offshore development teams.
- Familiarity with Agile Methodology and associated tools like Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for serving high-risk seniors.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
This is a full-time, remote position. We offer the flexibility of remote work, though travel to our markets will be required as needed.
